Saxon master violin

Saxon master violin

€4,000.00

This beautiful Saxon master violin by an unknown builder was built in the early 1900s. The tasteful oil lacquer of an extraordinary golden-orange brown color stylishly matches the beautiful wood used for this violin. The powerful flaming in the one-piece maple back is particularly beautiful and gives this violin a personal but also powerful and elegant character. Everything about this violin has been taken care of, the expressive scroll, the tight inlays and the sharply cut f-holes. The powerful, deep and clear sound matches the appearance of the violin (sound clip below). This instrument is in completely intact condition and deserves our special recommendation. The violin comes with a valuation report of €4500.
