Powerful Markneukirchen violin after Guarneri

Powerful Markneukirchen violin after Guarneri

€1,000.00

This old Markneukirchen violin, based on a Guarneri del Gesù violin model, was built around 1940, probably in a smaller workshop - the quality exceeds that of common serially built violins. This is also reflected in the wood used - a beautiful flame in the one-piece back - which is of high quality. This German violin has various signs of wear in the varnish, this has been taken into account in the price. The sound is warm and powerful with sweetness in the higher tones, characteristic of the Guarneri model. In this price range a violin with an exceptionally good sound.
