Beautiful German violin from Markneukirchen built in 1952. The violin bears the label Otto Bruckner, Geigenbaumeister. The violin is built with an individual style. Characteristic is the curvature of the top and back plates and the relatively deep fluting in the edge of the front and back cover. The orange-brown lacquer on a yellow background is typical for violins from Matkneukirchen in that period. The violin has a clear, big, balanced sound (sound clip below).
