Back from the rental this French violin built at the end of the 19th century. A beautiful instrument that shows the style and elegance with which good French violins were built. The attractive gold-brown lacquer with traces of patina shows that the violin has been played intensively. For the past 3.5 years, the violin has been played by Maksim, a young talented violinist who participated with this violin in, among other things, the Dutch violin competition and the Princess Christina competition. At this last competition he won the 2nd prize in his age category (see photo). The violin has a very round, warm sound with different colours.
